A recommended approach is cycloplegic refraction, followed by post-cycloplegic refraction after four days, with prescriptions aimed at visual comfort rather than maximal acuity. Conclusions These cases underscore the critical role of optometrists in post-concussion care. Comprehensive assessment of visual function and interdisciplinary collaboration among optometrists, ophthalmologists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists are essential for effective management.
