About the Doctor:Dr. Daniel Rayman was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area. He graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto with a double major in human biology and zoology in 1999. Dr. Rayman then continued his education at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry, graduating magna cum laude in 2003.
Dr. Rayman has completed clinical rotations in pediatrics, binocular vision, ocular disease, and contact lenses at various clinics and teaching hospitals throughout North America. He has completed thousands of hours of didactic, practical, and clinical education specializing in caring for patients with binocular vision disorders, learning-related visual disorders, strabismus, amblyopia, and brain injury.
Dr. Rayman enjoys seeing patients of all ages and especially enjoys working with children. Dr. Rayman is a fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and is board certified in vision development, vision therapy, and vision rehabilitation. He is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists, Optometric Extension Program Foundation, the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, and Vision Therapy Canada.
In his spare time, Dr. Rayman enjoys exercising, travelling, and spending time with his wife and son, and their big dog.
