  • About The 2nd Doctor:Dr Johnson brings to Virginia Vision Therapy a strong intellect and an exuberance for his vision specialty. He is a very good listener and understands that most people suffering from vision deficits have not been adequately understood and treated well in the past. He enjoys all the available treatments in helping people with functional vision problems, and he loves seeing people thrive as a result of treatment. He has become the office expert in the field of Syntonics. He also loves the underlying mission of Virginia Vision Therapy to serve our patients and each other . He has seen how well our office has taken care of staff and patients during the COVID pandemic.He graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis in 2016 and is on track to receive his Fellowship with COVD. He is a member of a number of professional organizations.

  • About the Doctor:Dr Davis is passionate about his specialty, especially helping all people suffering from vision problems. His major concerns are low self confidence, low self esteem, and poor emotional control from frustrations with daily activities all stemming from vision deficits. By treating these underlying deficits, vision therapy has tremendous ability to cause major life improvements and heal emotional wounds. He also is passionate that vision therapy becomes well known to the public by helping other doctors improve their practices through his OEP courses and consulting. He graduated from Southern CA College of Optometry in 1979, was a Fellow at Gesell Institute of Child Development in 1980, and is a member of a number of professional organizations.

    We are a vision therapy/rehabilitation only practice with 4 locations in Northern Virginia.  We have a clinical staff of 2 optometrists and 15 vision therapists including 5 COVTs.  We devote many hours of staff training continually improvoing our vision services.  We treat all age groups and all types of clinical presentations including strabismus/amblyopia, autism, developmental delays, trauma, and our major emphasis is emotional/psychological issues related to vison deficits.
