Course Description

Revival of the OEPF Faculty Committee: Join Us in Shaping the Future of Academic Collaboration! Third Meeting
This quarter we are talking to Drs. Sumith Kumar and Marianna Butera about CORTICAL VISUAL IMPAIRMENT
This 3rd meeting will focus on cortical visual impairment (CVI), a neurological condition where the brain has difficulty processing visual information, even if the eyes are healthy and an eye exam is normal.
We invite you to play an integral role in shaping its renewed format.
This initiative is designed to inspire collaboration, discussion, and innovation through quarterly virtual meetings. Each session will spotlight a selected academic paper and feature an engaging “Ask the Speaker” segment, where attendees can interact with the paper’s author. We offer you 2h of CE credit.
Key Highlights of the Event:
  • Cutting-Edge Learning: Residents and students will gain exposure to groundbreaking research and participate in thought-provoking discussions.
  • Grand Rounds: Residents will present concise overviews of the paper or findings, followed by insights from the speaker and an interactive Q&A session.
