Cheiroscopic Tracings – Animals 1

Cheiroscopic tracings have been a mainstay of anti-suppression training from the beginning of optometric vision therapy. Capture the interest of a young child using simple pictures of animals, familiar objects or children at play. Suppression control is enhanced by using brightly colored pencils for tracing and by using a rubbing motion like that used when erasing. The patient puts a slash line at the location where the suppression has occurred. The Animals series 1-4 feature a series of 25 different pictures (2 of each picture on a pad of 50), with varying degrees of fusion lock and and visual background noise. This first one from the Animal series of four has the visual background pattern in the center circle only. Each comes in a pad of 50.
