Covariation is a phenomena that occurs in patients with intermittent strabismus. It is defined as the presence of normal correspondence when the patient is aligned, and use of anomalous correspondence when the patient is strabismic to maintain a rudimentary form of binocularity. This presentation will review anomalous correspondence, covariation and present a case report in which vision therapy was utilized to manage covariation.
