Adult patients with visual complaints are often more complex than they first appear. In this lecture, Dr. Sarah Sweeney Dohrman will explore common—and frequently overlooked—patterns of visual dysfunction in adults, using real clinical cases to illustrate assessment and management strategies.
The presentation will include case discussions spanning functional vision issues, with particular attention to one post–traumatic brain injury (TBI) case, highlighting how visual dysfunction can persist or present subtly following neurological insult. Attendees will gain practical insights applicable to everyday clinical care.
